Castrol Variocut G 950 (previously called Castrol Ilogrind 950) is a chlorine and heavy-metal free neat cutting oil formulated with a combination of ester and extreme pressure (EP) additives to optimize machining performance, enhance surface finish and lower the overall operating costs. Variocut G 950 is suitable for use in central systems as well as individual machines.
Application:
Variocut G 950 is designed for high speed, creep feed grinding especially cam shaft grinding of ferrous and non ferrous metals using CBN and carborundum wheels. It is also suitable for drilling and general machining of aluminum alloys and yellow metals. Variocut G 950 does not contain active Sulphur and is compatible with yellow metals.
