Description
RENOLIT REPLEX Series greases are lithium complex thickened greases formulated with pure virgin base oils, a heavy duty extreme pressure/anti-wear additive system, corrosion/oxidation additive package and is available in three NLGI Grades. RENOLIT REPLEX Series greases have a long track record of proven field performance to provide protection in heavy industrial, commercial, automotive, mining and other severe applications. RENOLIT REPLEX Series greases are extremely shear stable, have excellent pumpability and are usable in very broad range of applications.
Applications
Heavy industrial applications subject to high heat, loads, shear, and water conditions. Ideal for bearings, bushings, gibbs, ways, where there is heavy loads and severe sliding action.
Mining/Construction applications of hitch pins of large haul trucks and shackle pins. Heavily loaded bushings that support oscillating sliding contact points such as king pins on buckets, excavators, shovels, and loaders.
Anywhere a high temperature, high performance grease is required.
