STARFIRE TYPE F ATF is specially formulated using high-quality lubricating oils and a technologically
advanced additive system. Engineered to extend transmission life and smooth operation of Ford
automatic transmissions not requiring MERCON® or DEXRON® type fluid. Type F fluid is approved for all
Ford automatic transmissions built prior to 1977 and certain models for years 1977 through 1980. Meets
Ford specification for high static friction fluid and all warranty requirements for transmissions
recommending a Type F fluid.
