Synthetic high temperature lubricating oil
Description
In neat state it is a fully synthetic oil formulation engineered for prolonged use at extreme high temperatures. It is made from a selected blend of esters with highly effective anti-oxidants and is free of any solid additives. This is a viscous, clear amber fluid with an extremely low evaporation rate that results in less consumption, provides for extended lube cycles, and it does not produce hard residues even after prolonged exposure to temperatures at more than 500oF.
Field of application
It is primarily designed for use on small to medium size roller chain assemblies in process ovens, especially suited for continuous baking systems. Also recommended for film stretching ovens, metal painting and treating lines, ceramic glass fiber manufacturing and other high temperature processes.
