Description
STABYLAN BAKOIL lubricants offer a selection of graphite dispersions in an odorless petroleum distil-late carrier fluid. The fluid distributes the graphite powders to leave a dry-film coating for baking at up to 550oF. These. products are not to be applied while the oven is at operating temperature.
STABYLAN BAKOIL 100 uses fine amorphous graphite powders. It is easy to apply and assures good penetration.
STABYLAN BAKOIL 200 uses high carbon flake graphite for maximum wear protection.

Field of application
STABYLAN BAKOIL is primarily designed for lubri-cation of the chain and track on traveling hearth or tray tunnel ovens
Method of application
STABYLAN BAKOIL should be mixed thoroughly to assures solids are uniformly dispersed before starting and stir occasionally during application. It can be sprayed or brushed on. Be sure all burners are off and the oven has cooled below 250oF. Keep oven doors open and exhaust fans running while lubricant is being applied and for at least 15 minutes afterward.
Notes:
Stabylan Bakoil is not rated as a lubricant for food contact. Take care to avoid incidental contact with food products.
The carrier is a combustible fluid. Observe proper precautions for handling this type of fluid.
