Excellent Corrosion Protection The RENOLIN MR oils have excellent corrosion protection properties that are typically expected only of special designed corrosion-protection oils. The excellent corrosion protection properties of the RENOLIN MR oils ensure that corrosion does not occur on steel, cast iron and nonferrous metals in the system, even in the presence of water. We therefore recommend the use of RENOLIN MR oils as running-in oils and operational fluids. The metal surfaces wetted with these fluids are safely protected against corrosion when stored properly.
Description
The products of the RENOLIN MR series are special lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids so called HLPD (detergent/ dispersant hydraulic fluids) according to DIN 51502 in combination with DIN 51524. The products guarantee excellent corrosion protection, high detergent / dispersant properties (high sludge carrying capacity) and high additive reserve. The products of the RENOLIN MR series are zinc containing detergent/dispersant type of hydraulic fluids based on modern hydrotreated base oils. The Products of the RENOLIN MR series can be used as robust and universal hydraulic fluids especially as problems solver in hydraulic systems where standard hydraulic fluids do not fulfill the specific requirements.
Application
RENOLIN MR are detergent/dispersant type of lubrication oils for circulating system and bearing lubrication. They can be used for all application in stationary and mobile hydraulic units where the use of a detergent/dispersant type with low friction coefficients good anti stick-slip behavior and excellent corrosion protection properties are required. RENOLIN MR guarantee reduction of stick-slip phenomena due to high polarity additives and good wetting properties. RENLIN MR products have an excellent corrosion protection property for steel, aluminium, cast iron and yellow metal materials. RENOLIN MR are suited for use as high-speed spindle oil, running-in oil and corrosion protection oil.
